No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
    •    Exchange requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.
    •    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    •    Exchanges are available for the same item if defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
    •    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.

How to Request an Exchange
    1.    Email us at Chosendbrandent@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery.
    2.    Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
    3.    Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.
